How can I purchase my order?
Marlota accepts payments made via credit or debit card (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard Maestro), Pay Pal and bank transfer within the European Union.
You can also pay with our Gift Vouchers.
Secure payment with credit card
To protect credit/debit card payment security, we use secure payment systems. The confidential payment data is transmitted directly and encrypted (SSL) to the financial entity. When you make the payment over MARLOTA’s secure payment gateway, the system will automatically check the validity of the credit card. It will then contact the issuing bank, which will be responsible for authorizing the operation.
Marlota products are delivered through a courier service. You can choose your delivery address (excepting post office boxes, military bass or hotels). If you want your order to be deliver to a different address than the billing address, unmark the square “Ship to billing address?” and fill in the delivery address.
Your order will be delivered within a period of 15 working days from the confirmation of the order, although it usually takes less time.

If after 10 working days you have not received your order, you must notify MARLOTA.
Marlota products must be returned in the same conditions in which they were received, with their complete original packaging, tags and accessories. Clients are responsible for proving that the items have been returned. Therefore, for your security and peace of mind we recommend that you send them with acknowledgment of receipt.
Return of costume jewellery and accessories will only be accepted if the security seal is intact. Underwear changes or returns will not be accepted.
The return has to be made from the same country the order was delivered.
Returns time limit
After purchasing a product, you have 14 calendar days to return it.
The clients will be responsible for the product return costs, and in no case will we accept returns delivered postage due. Delivery charges will not be reimbursed for any reason.
We will not be liable for loss, delay or deliveries to the wrong address of any product that you want to return to us, so we recommend that you make the delivery by certified mail or with acknowledgment of receipt.
Time and method of payment refund
Once we have verified that the Marlota products that you have returned meet all the requirements of the Return Policy, we will send you an e-mail to inform you that the return has been accepted.
If your return does not comply with these CONDITIONS, you will not have the right to reimbursement and we will return the Marlota products to you, postage due.
If the recipient of the purchased products is different from the person who made payment, the money will be reimbursed to the person who made the payment.
Marlota products returned must be sent in a single delivery. We reserve the right to refuse Marlota products that belong to a single order but have been returned at different times.
Regardless of the payment system you used, the reimbursement will be made as soon as possible, always within 15 days from the e-mail confirming that the return has been accepted.
You must send us the returned products, along with the return form, to the following address: MARLOTA, Saturnino Calleja, 16 5º Izda 28002 Madrid, Spain.
If the payment was made via bank transfer, you must indicate in the return form the number of the bank account where you would like to receive the refund. If the bank is in Europe but not in Spain, you must send us your current account’s BIC/SWIFT and IBAN.
Incorrect payment refund
If you receive an erroneous order or a defective product, please contact us immediately at the following e-mail address, indicating the error or defect, along with your personal details and the order number and date: email@example.com
We will examine the returned product carefully and inform you by e-mail within a reasonable period of time whether the item will be returned or replaced.
If the item is replaced, MARLOTA will send you, within the following 30 days, a confirmation e-mail.
The products returned due to flaws or defects, when they actually do exist and were not caused by the misuse of the product by the client, will be reimbursed in full, including any delivery charges arising from the delivery of the item and the costs you may have incurred in to return it. We will use the same payment method used to purchase the item for the refund.
